With over 17 years of experience, Andrea brings a wealth of expertise in building high-performing teams, driving culture transformation, and integrating companies through M&A. She believes that the workplace can be both effective and enjoyable—infusing a healthy dose of humor into her leadership style.

Andrea currently serves as the CHRO of AAA Oregon-Washington, where she champions employee engagement and drives initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. She is also the author of “There’s an Elephant in Your Office,” a book focused on addressing mental health in the workplace.

Andrea’s leadership and advocacy have earned her multiple accolades, including being named one of Ragan’s Top Women in Wellness and HR, an Agent of Change by American Healthcare Leader magazine, and a Top Leader in DEI&B by Mogul. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University. She is also certified in Human Resources Management and is an accredited Fierce Conversation Facilitator, Personalysis Facilitator, and Social + Emotional Intelligence Coach.
